The terms that apply each time you use RankedAus.

1. Using this site

RankedAus (rankedaus.com) is a website that hosts a small selection of classic games played in the browser. By using it you accept the terms on this page; if you cannot accept them, please stop using the site.

2. What we provide

The games are provided for personal entertainment and practice. We assembled them from open-source components and we host and look after them ourselves. We do what we can to keep them running, but we cannot promise they will be available at every moment or work without faults.

3. No accounts, nothing to buy

Nobody registers on this site and nobody subscribes to it. It has no checkout, no mechanism through which you could be charged, and we will never ask you for financial details of any kind.

4. External websites

If a page links to another website, the terms and privacy policy of that website govern your visit from the moment you arrive there. Sites we do not operate are outside our responsibility, both for their content and for their availability.

5. Changes to the games

Games on the list may be added, altered or withdrawn, difficulty levels adjusted, and the look or behaviour of a game changed, at any time and without notice being given.

6. Intellectual property

Game names belong to their owners and appear here only to describe what is on offer. The games are built on open-source software whose licences are respected and reproduced on this site. The site’s own text, illustrations and layout are ours and may not be copied for commercial purposes without our permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, copy it wholesale or run automated tools against it. Reading the pages and playing the games in the ordinary way is what the site is here for.

8. Limitation of liability

The site comes as it is. Where the law permits, we accept no liability for losses arising from your use of the site or from your visiting any site we link to. None of these terms limits a right that the law applicable to you says cannot be limited.

As the site evolves, these terms may change with it. The text published on this page is the version that applies.
